The stated price includes transport within the Benelux area. Transport outside the Benelux is available on request. Any additional transport costs and associated costs, such as transport insurance, are not included in the price and will be charged separately.
For orders with a total value below Euro 200,-, we will charge transport / shipping costs.

Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please first notify Hacoplast B.V. by email: info@hacoplast.com
Our customer service team will endeavor to respond to your email request within 2 working days.
The following conditions apply to returns:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- The item is undamaged, complete and unused
- The original packaging (if applicable) is undamaged
- The shipping costs are for your own account
- The original packing slip or invoice should be attached with any return
Customised items to suit specific requirements cannot be returned.
