During the injection moulding process, the temperature of the mold must be controlled carefully. SML’s mould temperature controllers are known by their simple and reliable operation.

Depending on the temperature range, you can choose between various variants.

• Water cooling (max. 95 °C)
• Water cooling (max. 160 °C)
• Olie cooling (max. 160 °C)

All variants are available in a heating and cooling capacity from 6 kW to 24 kW.

• Pump with overload protection.
• Low liquid level and system failure alarms.
• Error indicator to identify and rectify faults.
• Stainless steel heating tank.
• Function to blow the mold cooling channels dry.
